Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched its latest ‘Mi 10 5G’ flagship smartphone on Friday with a 108MP quad camera setup, 8K UHD video recording and the fastest 30W wireless charging in India.

The smartphone is offered in two storage variants with 8 GB of RAM – 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB. The basic variant is priced at Rs 49,999 while the 256 GB model will be available for Rs 54,999.

The devices will be available for pre-order from Friday on Amazon India as well as the Mi India Store.

“This device is the pinnacle of smartphone design and engineering, pushing the limits of what is possible on a portable device. With its flagship 108MP OIS-compatible quad camera setup, 8K UHD video recording, charging fastest 30W wireless in the world, we hope our users can create content in a way never imagined before, with Mi 10, ”said Manu Kumar Jain, vice president of Xiaomi and general manager of Xiaomi India.

Mi 10 5G introductory offers include cashback worth up to Rs 3,000 on transactions made through HDFC bank cards.

Customers pre-ordering the new smartphone will also receive the Mi WJiireless 10000mAh power bank worth Rs 2499.

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED E3 display with 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 octa SoC. core at 2.84 GHz with Adreno 650 GPU.

The quad-rear camera setup includes a combination of 108 MP main camera, 13 MP wide-angle lens, and 2 MP camera pair.

For selfies, the Mi 10 5G has a 20MP photo sensor on the front.

The device houses a 4,780mAh battery that also supports 10W reverse wireless charging.

The company has also launched Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 with ENC for noise cancellation and it comes with an optical sensor for in-ear detection.

The price of Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 is set at Rs 4,499. However, for a limited period, the company will sell the headphones at Rs 3,999 which will go on sale from May 12th.

Xiaomi has also launched the Mi Box 4K streaming device in India, priced at Rs 3,499, which will be available from May 10.

The device comes with a built-in Chromecast that allows users to stream up to 4K Ultra-HD to a mobile, tablet or laptop (Windows / MacOS).
