Vivo V21 5G is the latest 5G phone in India. The phone launches in India on April 29, 2021. The main highlight of the phone outside of 5G connectivity is the presence of the 44MP camera on the front. Other highlights of the phone include the triple rear camera, MediaTek Dimensity 800U, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. The smartphone will compete with Oneplus North, Mi 10i, OnePlus 9R and other 5G phones which fall in the Rs 30,000 price segment.

Vivo V21 5G price in India and variants

The company launched the smartphone in two variants in India. Vivo V21 5G’s price in India starts at Rs 29,900 for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The other variant comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage and is priced at Rs 32,990. In terms of color, the phone has three options namely Dusk Blue, Sunset Dazzle and Arctic White. Phone pre-reservations have already started. The phone will go on sale from May 6, 2021.


The smartphone is a dual sim phone and runs on the Android 11 operating system. It has a 6.44 inch screen with a resolution of 1080 × 2404 pixels. There is a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor on the phone. In terms of RAM and storage, the phone has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of internal storage. The phone comes with the extended RAM feature which allows the hardware to use up to 3 GB of ROM as virtual RAM.

As for the phone’s camera specs, Vivo V21 5G has a triple rear camera. The rear camera of the phone has a 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP wide-angle camera and a 2 MP macro sensor. On the front, the phone has a 44 MP camera for selfies and video calls. The front camera of the phone has a dual LED selfie flash.

Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wifi, USB Type C port and various sensors. The phone is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. It has a 4000mAh battery and supports 33W FlashCharge technology.
